L’Ancora Tennis Club
Fancy a game of Tennis? Then L’AncoraTennis Club is the place to go as they have two tennis clubs based there, L’Ancora International Tennis Club and the L’Ancora Tennis Club, and between them there is organised play on six days of the week. But as well as the actual game, the social aspect of tennis is a big part of the L’Ancora Club and there are a number of special social events held throughout the season.
Plus they also have a very strong emphasis on tennis for families and children and include free activities for junior members as well as a range of lessons and junior squads. The professional coaching is committed & very energetic but is always played out in a fun learning environment that the kids love.
L’Ancora:
- 4 hard courts with flood lights for night-time play
- Individual & group lessons for children and adults
- Courts open to the public from 8 am – 1pm and 4pm – 9pm in winter and later in the summer €10 a court
- Yearly membership with unlimited play, and corporate & family rates available
- 18 hole mini golf course for children or adults, with floodlights for night-time play
- Aerobic hall hosting many classes including aerobics, yoga, dance, ballet & flamenco
- Also available for use is the paddle tennis, swimming pool, restaurant/bar and tennis shop
