Sofia’s is somewhat hidden away up between the port and old town, just up from the Lidl roundabout, but once you find it you’ll be welcomed by the friendly staff and cosy interior.
The waitresses are very knowledgeable of the food and are happy to ask the chef any questions you may have or for any alternations to the food you require. They also have a vegetarian option which is definitely unusual for Spain!
Sofia’s is open 19.30 to 22.00 Monday to Saturday, but closed Sundays and Mondays during December and February. Their menu is 22.50€ for three courses plus half a bottle of the house wine per person.

I recently went to Sofia’s and had one of the best meals I have had in Javea. I agree the staff were friendly with a good sense of humour and we all enjoyed a very pleasant evening and came away anticipating another visit to the restaurant very soon!
