At long last the taxi service in this region has been improved, maybe even dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century! The Javea Taxis (previously Cooperativa del Taxi Xábia) are now part of the Central Training Centre of Taxis of the Valencian Community, which means a centralised switchboard plus more taxis available.
