EMAUS Charity Zumbathon

Zumba is the fitness phenomenon that has been taking the Costa Blanca by storm for some time now thanks to Kimberley and yet again she is proud to be hosting not the Costa Blanca’s second and biggest Zumbathon!

At 10pm on 12th December the Salon de Banquetes GL (Av del Mediterráneo, 32) in Teulada will be alive & pumping with cool Zumba sounds!

Come and join in with some serious shoulder shaking and butt wiggling with the regular participants as they groove on down to the easy follow salsa, merengue, samba, reggaeton, belly dancing and flamenco dance routines!

10am – 1pm
Registration is just €10 for adults and €3 for under 16s which can be paid on the day
All funds raised will go to the Emaus Children’s Shelter in Benissa
Do as many dance routines as you can – 1 or all of them!
All ages and fitness levels welcome

Even if you don’t want to join in the dancing please come along to support Kimberley and make this three hours the biggest party Spain has seen and all in aid of a very good cause!!

The morning will also serve as a drop off point for the joint organiser’s of the event, The Bed Centre Calpe’s Christmas bag campaign for the Children of Emaus.

Come along and take part or just watch the Zumbettes in action! Raffle tickets will also be on sale for some fantastic prizes!!

Zumbathon

Zumba is a fitness phenomenon that has taken the Costa Blanca by storm and now Javea is proud to be hosting not only the Costa Blanca’s but also Spain’s first ever Zumbathon!

At 10pm on 14th March the promenade of the Arenal beach will be alive with cool sounds and witness to some serious shoulder shaking and butt wiggling whilst participants get on down to the easy follow salsa, merengue, samba, reggaeton, belly dancing and flamenco dance routines!

10am – 1pm
Registration is just €10 for adults and €3 for under 16s which can be paid on the day
All funds raised will go to APASA dog pound
Do as many dance routines as you can – 1 or all of them!
All ages and fitness levels welcome

Zumba Dance Classes & Body Toning

Want to get fit? Well if you fancy something more “dancey” then why not give Zumba a go!

Kimberley runs a variety of classes, including aerobics, aqua fit and body toning – in Javea in the function room at the Grand Café Toscamar, Luna Studio by the Salidar Hotel, Lady Elizabeth School on Cumbre del Sol and at the Buena Vista Tennis Club in Benissa.

So if you like a good workout that is fun as well as being good for you then check out what’s on offer below.

Zumba is sweeping the globe! If you haven’t heard of it yet it has been featured on television in the UK and has become quite the dance phenomenon in the US where it started, check out YouTube for examples of the steps & music. Based on latin dance moves it is a fantastic form of aerobic exercise while you feel that you are at a party! Great for general toning up and will help if you are trying to lose weight.

Girly Bitz – Tuesdays Grand Cafe

All round class with fun dance warm-up, with stretching & toning being the focus for the areas we all need to work on! Class uses weights & bands for resistance work plus floor work on mats. Great for legs, bums & tums and getting a general feeling of wellbeing.

Classes are held in Javea, Cumbre del Sol (Benitachell), Benissa and Denia
